Service Description
CLIENT MUST COME 10 MINS EARLY TO FILL PAPERWORK PRIOR TO APPOINTMENT Please note that the shape will not be mapped, this is simply to top up work done by another practitioner. Customers are asked to get in contact to organise coming to the clinic for a patch test should they wish to have one carried out prior to the day of their appointment.
Cancellation Policy
Please remember to take a lateral flow test 72 hours before your appointment if you are showing symptoms of covid. As of the 20th of December 2021, we are not offering refunds on deposits for missed appointments due to covid. We respectfully request 5 days advance notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Please contact us by phone [07834494400] or email [info@londonbrowclinic.co.uk] to do so. Requests to reschedule with less than the requested 5 days' notice, may be asked to pay the full remaining balance or 50% of the remaining balance in advance of having their appointment rescheduled. Deposits are non-refundable as per the industry standard. All sales are final and no refunds are offered on any aspect of our offering, including but not limited to deposits, monies exchanged for services rendered or gift vouchers.
