Cancellation Policy

Please remember to take a lateral flow test 72 hours before your appointment if you are showing symptoms of covid. As of the 20th of December 2021, we are not offering refunds on deposits for missed appointments due to covid. We respectfully request 5 days advance notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Please contact us by phone [07834494400] or email [info@londonbrowclinic.co.uk] to do so. Requests to reschedule with less than the requested 5 days' notice, may be asked to pay the full remaining balance or 50% of the remaining balance in advance of having their appointment rescheduled. Deposits are non-refundable as per the industry standard.
