Two step process which includes perfecting session - Appointments are limited to ensure quality.
Service Description
Expect to be with us in clinic for up to 1.5 hours for this first session. Includes the consultation to ascertain tolerance to pigments and anaesthetic prior to treatment, the procedure, and aftercare cream. Pay the £100 deposit online and the balance at the appointment in cash or card. Alternatively, please call if you wish to ask questions or schedule an appointment over the phone.
Cancellation Policy
Please remember to take a lateral flow test 72 hours before your appointment if you are showing symptoms of covid. As of the 20th of December 2021, we are not offering refunds on deposits for missed appointments due to covid. We respectfully request 5 days advance notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Please contact us by phone [07834494400] or email [info@londonbrowclinic.co.uk] to do so. Requests to reschedule with less than the requested 5 days' notice, may be asked to pay the full remaining balance or 50% of the remaining balance in advance of having their appointment rescheduled. Deposits are non-refundable as per the industry standard. All sales are final and no refunds are offered on any aspect of our offering, including but not limited to deposits, monies exchanged for services rendered or gift vouchers. Bookings made can only be re scheduled once.
