Pay in full online or simply pay a £100 deposit and the balance at the appointment in cash or card. Alternatively, text 0783 4494400 and we will liaise to book you in over the phone. Customers are asked to get in contact to organise coming to the clinic for a patch test should they wish to have one carried out prior to the day of their appointment. A top up after a first set is offered at the reduced price of £50, for first set customers only. This can be booked online.

LBC IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR A CLIENT MAKING A MISTAKE REGARDING BOOKING LOCATION. PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL BOOKINGS FOR TUESDAY ARE FOR OUR KINGSTON, SURREY LOCATION AND ALL BOOKINGS FOR WEDNESDAY AND THURSDAY ARE FOR OUR KENSINGTON, CENTRAL LONDON LOCATION. Please remember to take a lateral flow test 72 hours before your appointment if you are showing symptoms of covid. As of the 20th of December 2021, we are not offering refunds on deposits for missed appointments due to covid. We respectfully request 5 days advance notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Requests to reschedule with less than the requested 5 days' notice, may be asked to pay the full remaining balance or 50% of the remaining balance in advance of having their appointment rescheduled. Deposits are non-refundable.
